I am very pleased with my Speed Queen washing machine and my experience with Wilson's. I had researched the machine online and an appliance repair man recommended the brand. I called Wilson's and spoke with Christine and visited their store the next day. Christine was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The owner Ryan Wilson was also hands on and very helpful. My new machine was delivered as promised. I received a follow-up phone call the following day from Christine to see if I had any questions. She also informed me that she had completed my warranty information with the manufacturer. From beginning to end they were courteous, not pushy at all, polite and demonstrated excellent customer service. I highly recommend Wilson's.

Manufacture created issues on both appliances. Refridgerator was reported to be on the truck from manufacturer, but when truck arrived at Wilson's not there. When the dryer did not work from manufacturer, Wilson's brought me a loaner dryer so I would not be inconvenienced while manufacturer corrected the problem by sending a new dryer. For both appliances, Wilson's kept me informed at all stages. Wonderful family owned business.

It took some time to get my gas GE cook top to get in, but no time at all to get installed. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I would purchase another Appliance from Wilson’s
